- To process your booking and issue invoices via SEO ARROW LTD.
- To apply for Egyptian Visas (if requested).
- To communicate with you regarding your trip via Email or WhatsApp.
- Marketing: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve advertising relevance. You can opt-out at any time.
3. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Government Authorities: Egyptian Immigration (for Visas/Permissions).
- Service Providers: SEO ARROW LTD (billing), Amazon SES (email delivery), Google (Analytics/ReCAPTCHA).
4. Security
Passport files are uploaded to a restricted server directory and shared only with authorized staff for visa processing. The upload location is not publicly accessible.
