1. Einleitung

Willkommen bei Safari Kite Dive. Diese AGB regeln deine Buchung. Mit der Reservierung stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu.

2. Buchung, Abrechnung & Zahlung

• Billing Entity: All invoicing and financial transactions for deposits are handled by our authorized billing partner, SEO ARROW LTD. Your bank statement will reflect this name.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking.
• Visa Fees: Visa processing fees (€37 per person, €74 for couples) are paid in full upfront along with the deposit.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Hurghada (Cash) or via Bank Transfer 14 days prior to the trip.

3. Storno & Erstattung

Transparenz ist uns wichtig:

• Cancellation > 60 Days: If you cancel more than 60 days before the trip start date, your deposit is held as credit for a future trip (valid for 12 months).
• Cancellation < 60 Days: If you cancel less than 60 days before departure, the deposit is forfeited to cover boat reservation costs.
• Visa Fees: Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the Egyptian authorities.

4. Visa-Service & Daten

Wir unterstützen bei Single-Entry-Visa für Ägypten. Mit dem Service erlaubst du uns, Passdaten an die ägyptischen Behörden weiterzugeben. Für Einreiseverweigerungen durch Behörden oder falsche Angaben der Kundschaft übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
